Do I need a showroom appointment?

Appointments are recommended so that someone is available to assist you upon arrival. You are always welcome to come in and browse. In order to make the best use of your time, however, we strongly recommend an appointment with one of our professional design consultants.

How should I prepare for my first appointment?

Search the Internet or magazines for ideas & inspiration relating to the styles and colors you like. Feel free to bring pictures of things that best represent your taste. Please, allow yourself time so that you do not feel rushed. It is helpful to consider your budget in advance because we offer products in all price categories.

What should I bring with me?

Please, bring any plans or drawings of the room you are enhancing. It is helpful to take measurements and to do a rough drawing of how you envision your space. Samples of flooring, tile, paint, or wallpaper will be of great benefit for selecting your perfect color.

Can you deliver my order?

Yes, we can deliver. Our fleet of trucks will deliver your material to any job site in Lee County, and the surrounding area. A delivery fee may apply. Ask us for details and for scheduling.

Do you have showroom products in stock?

We do carry a large inventory of showroom products. While it is impossible to stock everything, we are generally able to quickly acquire non-stock items.

Does Hughes install kitchens and baths?

We do not perform installations, nor do we subcontract installations. We are, however, able to make recommendations for professional contractors in your area who have outstanding reputations.

What if I need to change my order after it was placed?

Certain Products are custom and cannot be canceled or returned. Restocking charges would apply to any item, not in stock. Stock items may be returned if unopened and in a condition to be resold. This is one reason why measurements are confirmed as accurate prior to placing an order.
